Mustard Mayhem is a cute little story about a young boy who needed mustard for his hot dog and the mustard had disappeared. He asked everyone that he knew if they had seen it and no one did. Finally, he found the culprit and then lost the reason for wanting the mustard.
This book is brightly colored and a funny story for younger children to be entertained by antics of siblings. It brings to life things that they have experienced themselves and would be a good lead up to a moral application of telling the truth and the consequences of such acts of not telling the truth.
The pages are easy to understand as word pictures and the activity goes along in good order to a conclusion.
My daughter teaches kindergarten and is always looking for new books to read to her class. This will be a great addition to her classroom library. The author has thoughtfully autographed the book for the purchaser.
I received this book at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
