The first time I went to the Outer Banks in North Carolina, I fell in love...with the sea, the sand, the sun and the shells. I picked and picked shells and brought home buckets full. This bracelet reminds me of all that I saw, even the smell of the air. There is a nice selection of shells, starfish and pearl-like beads on a gold-tone chain. The chain length is a bit long for my skinny wrist, so I will have to modify it or lose it when I wear it. It's the perfect summer jewelry to accent any mode of dress. The combination of gold and pearl will add summer elegance to a little black dress or be perfect with casual jeans.
