Healthy Bone Density

I broke my 4th toe recently and in the past I had to take supplements for osteoporosis. Thankfully, the prescription supplement improved my bone density enough that I don't have to take it any longer. I had also changed my diet to a totally plant-based regimen that doesn't deplete the calcium from my bones any longer.

Just to be on the safe side, I continue to take a calcium supplement. I decided to give Bod Smith's Liquid Calcium a try.

Taking a liquid supplement is easier for me because I feel it gets into the blood stream faster. I don't have any side effects, no upset stomach, after consuming the liquid. The taste is pleasant orange vanilla with a slight aftertaste that goes away immediately.

The supplement als has added vitamin D3, magnesium, manganese, boron and L-Lysine. The bottle is a full one quart or 946 ml, which will last a month at two tablespoons per serving, two times a day.
Calcium needs to be taken two times a day because our bodies don't store the mineral. It uses it up.
The break in my toe is starting to calcify and hopefully I will be out of the walking boot in another week and a half. This product is assisting the healing properties of my body.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
