If you've ever tried to fry anything without oil or butter then you are in for a rude awakening.

I don't use oil in cooking and since I don't eat meat, I don't have any natural juices for me to cook my black bean burgers.  I have used water or vegetable broth but then the beans get real mushy and who wants to eat a mushy burger?

I made my black bean burgers, just hand packed drained canned black beans and added seasoning.
Placed them in the pan and proceeded to cook them thoroughly.  They browned up and when it was time to remove them, they slid onto the waiting plate, leaving nothing stuck to the pan. I just rinsed the pan with a little bit of soap and it's ready to go for the next time.

This pan can also go in the oven for baking or broiling and is dishwasher safe.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
