More and more products are produced from bamboo. I would like it's because it's fast growing and replenishes the forestry quicker than most hardwoods. I've seen bamboo flooring, cutting boards and anything that is made from regular trees. Here is a bamboo holder. It can be used for anything but I preferred to use it as a holder for my remote controls. Two of them fit in the best. The cup is lightweight and doesn't scratch the surfaces that it rests on. It will go well with any decorating design, too.
