As women age, we tend to grow hair where we don't want it, like on our upper lip. We lose hair on our legs, which isn't a bad thing. This mini lady shaver is a small size that easily gets in areas that with a larger razor it would be difficult. I used it on my upper lip and it removed the fine light hairs without a problem but with a little bit of pulling. On my legs, it was a different story. The larger black hair didn't want to be cut off and after much trial, I finally got it off. I think for leg hair and other coarser hair areas, it needs to be more powerful than the AA battery can drive the blades. That may be a design element that could be changed. The shaver fits nicely in your hand to use. The on/off switch is a little hard to turn on and off.
