I know this is a bathtub mat for child safety but as I get older, I am more and more aware of falling, especially in the shower. We have a walk in shower because we were looking ahead to our older years. It's a two-seater and extra wide. The bottom of the stall is waffled but I am always hanging onto the grab rail when I wash my feet. This extra-wide bath mat is perfect for our shower. It's cushioned and has suction cups on the reverse side to keep the mat from slipping or shifting. The matching pillowed kneeler is perfect for me when I need to scrub the flooring and keep my knees from bruising. I know I will still hang on to the grab bar but I will feel more secure on my feet.
