WATTS HOT IS HOT AND WATTS NOT IS NOT!

In 2011, we had a flood that destroyed the interior of a building with seven feet of water. It was our church.  My husband helped to renovate most of the electrical system and he used a voltage pen to check outlets and such.  After we had completed all of the interior work, he lost his pen. It was a sad day and he's reminded himself every time he needed to use one quickly, that it was gone.  Now, he has one again. This voltage pen is extremely easy to read and operate. He's even able to detect the static electricity in his hair.  The pen has a handy penlight so that if you are out of power, you still have a little light to check wires.  The tip lights up green for neutral and ground, then turns red when you touch a hot wire. It is the perfect size to carry in the pocket or wherever you keep your electrical items.

I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
