These are all the rage. Essential oils are being used everywhere and now I can use a freshener in my car. This set comes with two diffusers that slip into your cigarette lighter socket. Each diffuser has 5 white rectangular pads that slip into the back side of the unit. On these pads you add a few drops of one of the essential oils that are included. Insert the pad and the unit 'heats' up, like your lighter but a little slower and emits a pleasant scent. When I first put mine in, I didn't think it was working even with the red indicator light glowing. But, all of a sudden, I wondered what it was that I was smelling and I remembered I had used the Fresh Cut Fields oil. It was very pleasant but a little flowery for me. I have yet to try the others, Jasmine Lemongrass, Vanilla Musk and Sandalwood Amber. This product scored for me.
