Now this is a scale. It tells me everything about my body that would be able to be told from an electronic device. The easy to read LED numbers flash and then stay on steady when your weight is displayed. Setup for my body was fairly simple, except that I set it up in the afternoon rather than waiting until morning and do my weigh in then. I will recalculate because there is at least a 4 lb. difference and if I lose more weight the scale doesn't recognize you after a 6 lb. difference. It's cool that it gives you not only body weight, but also, body fat, water, muscle and bone measurements. It even needs your height and gender to quantify the numbers .This will be nice to keep a log of my body information for a week or two and see how it changes. The scale is neutral in color and will fit in with most current color schemes and designs very well. By Ozeri Touch
