This is a product that will save me time and work! I am a vegetarian and have tried to grill veggies on our barbeque grill for the past 3 or 4 summers. They always fall off the skewers or drop down into the grates, catch on fire and make a mess! We've even tried to grill bacon and, let's just say...don't do it. Lee's Garden & Grill has promoted these durable baking and grilling mats for just that purpose. They can withstand high temperatures for a short period of time but will grill most foods at a normal baking temp. Very easy cleanup with soap and water makes these a breeze to use.
