Did you ever get dressed in the early morning under incandescent lighting, get to work and discover that the black pants that you wore with a black shirt, is really navy? I have so many times. Black and navy are hard to distinguish until you get in the sunlight or florescent lighting. Not any more. An LED light will completely stop the embarrassment of mismatched clothing. This bulb gives off a white bluish light that shows true colors. I love the life span of 30,000 hours. It's a little hard to get used to the brightness of the light because I'm so used to the yellowish regular tones incandescent. Even the CFL bulbs don't seem to give off as much light as the LED.
