Here are two handy tools, one for peeling vegetables and the other for cutting herbs. Now, the peeler is really a three-in-one tool for making fancier julienne strips or simple peeling. You just rotate the head of the tool to the desired blade and peel away. I tried it on carrots and it worked beautifully. A simple rinse and it's back to new again. The herb scissors is another story. I've been using fresh herbs for awhile, I know I'm slow, and cutting and chopping fresh parsley, basil and others can be a messy chore. I can never get it fine enough with a knife and my husband always wants to know if I've thrown in leaves with his lettuce! These scissors are amazing because all you have to do is 'snip, snip' and you're done! Finely chopped herbs in a simple motion of using a pair of scissors. Cleanup is a breeze because the storage protector over the blades is also a cleaner tool to get between each blade and remove any leaf debris. A great addition to any kitchen.
