I am so glad that I got one of these splinter or sliver tweezers but I am equally, if not more, that I don't have an immediate use for it! This tweezer is stainless steel so it's nice and sturdy. The tips are extremely fine so that you can get a good grip on any item that might be embedded in your skin. It would work great on ingrown hairs, also.
