Did you ever want just a hint of lemon or orange in a recipe and wondered how the cookbook picture got those precise little strands of the fruit to garnish a recipe? They use one of these handy zester tools. You can use it on any fleshy, lemon, or lime. It's very easy with this tool. You just set the tool on the outside and press down as you pull the tool towards yourself and you get those stringy ribbons of peel. Using the side part of the head of the tool, you can get a larger ribbon for other uses.  I like that the ribbons curl automatically as I pulled the tool along. It's a fun tool and practical to have around.
The cost is reasonable.
