FROSTY!

I admit it, we have no garage.  No garage means that my car is exposed to all kinds of weather and, Wow!, what a mixed-up winter we have had.  Mild does not mean without ice, snow, sleet or freezing rain. It just means that we had no heavy accumulation here in upstate New York. So, I dealt with ice, frost and a little snow on my windshield for the past several months.  I was able to try out this product from ICE KING that claimed to prevent icy windshields. Since last night's temperature was going to be in the lower 20's, my husband and I went out to protect my windshield because I needed to leave for church early. The directions were very simple to follow. the shield is lightweight and folds back into its carrying pouch that I can keep in a handy spot in my car. The shield fit securely on my car because of the magnets that keep the shield from being blown off by the wind and the sides are secured by the car doors.  The darker picture is the evening when we installed the shield and the lighter one is the next morning. We had a light frost but the glass windshield was clean when we took off the shield. You can barely see the frost on the hood of my car.  My poor husband had to let his car warm up before his windshield was defrosted!  Thumbs up for this product!
