CINNAMON!

I know there are some people who, instead of swearing, say CINNAMON! I also know someone who once told me, "If something tastes good, it inevitably has cinnamon in it!"

Well, this is a bottle of Cinnamon Bark essential oil by Scential. Essential oils are very concentrated and should not be used or taken internally without dilution with a carrier oil or in a recipe. Always test a tiny bit of the oil on your skin before using abundantly. And always get the advice of someone experienced with the usages of oils. 

There are times when I am baking and the recipe calls for cinnamon stick but I don't have one. All I have is the powdered spice and the taste would be different than if I had used the stick. But with the essential oil Cinnamon Bark, I can get the distinct flavoring that I want.
