Now, I have two dogs, one white and one black. They both bark...a lot. In order to try this product, I am using my white dog so that you can see the collar. I've heard the story that you can't teach a old dog new tricks but I tried anyway. He's 17 years old and I inherited him from my mom a year ago. I got him crate trained and his temperament has improved greatly...except for the barking. The collar is easy to attach and I had plenty of strapping to adjust the size down. Since he is a small/medium size, there was excess. The directions were clear for inserting the probes and the battery fits in the compartment. There are two lengths of probes. My dog's hair is thick so I will have to shave some of it away for the probes to remain in contact with the skin. It's a little disconcerting for the dog but worth it to control barking.
