This is a very elegant magnetic cell phone holder for my car. I have a BMW and the only holders that I could get locally were made of black plastic and rubber. This one is a gold tone metal and is very heavy duty. There are adhesive strips to attach the base to the dash or whatever area you want to position the phone. A metal plate goes on your phone. I put mine behind the protective cover for my phone. Just insert the swivel into the base and place your phone on top and the magnet inside the swivel will keep your phone in place while you drive.
