I've always wondered if I walk the suggested 10,000 steps a day to keep in shape.  This pedometer not only counts your steps but also calories burned and kilometers or miles walked.
My first day I didn't do so well.  I only stepped 4,351 times. That was disappointing because between working all day, in and out of the car, and extra trips to the grocery store, I realized that I must sit too long at my desk. It would behoove me to get up every half hour and walk around the building so that I don't become a chair potato. It would be much healthier for me to be more active and this little clip on gadget has shown me that I need to mooooooove!
