There are times when stress gets the best of me. Most of the time, I am able to relax and change my way of thinking to calm down, but others, I just let loose.
I have found that essential oils can be very therapeutic and by wearing them in a diffuser necklace, I immediately am reminded to remain peaceful. There's nothing like a scent to bring to remembrance another time of quietude, joy or some other happy mood.
This stainless steel locket comes with a nice 24" chain and lobster claw closure. The lockets can be hard for me to open with my gel nails but this one was easy to open and insert one of the felt pads that hold the oils. There are 12 pads so that you can change your scent and not end up having blended scents.
Also, there is a blend of 'Inner Peace' that consists of orange, clove bud, geranium, lavender and patchouli oils.
