When it's summer, I show more of my feet. I'm always wearing sandals, sneakers, and shoes without socks, or barefoot. Our feet are usually unadorned by jewelry but I love to wear anklets.
Even better than costume jewelry is 925 sterling silver. Some anklets that I've worn, turn my ankle black. I think it has something to do with how the metal reacts to sweat and that the metal is low quality. I've worn mine most of the day in 80 degree weather and there isn't any tarnish on my skin.
This anklet would make a nice summer gift for someone's birthday, graduation, or just for being special.
