Sam Kuma does it again! Here's a concise collection of recipes to tingle your taste buds with delicious foods that you will love. I just love Asian foods but don't like the oils or added unhealthy ingredients for my body that you get in restaurants or processed packaged foods in the grocery store.
Sometimes I get so bored with my normal vegan diet and I yearn for something spicy, different, and cost effective. Here are just some of the examples in this book: Vegetable Rolls, Wonton Soup, Chinese Hot Pot, & Grilled Pineapple with Spiced Caramel (my personal favorite).
