YES, MEXICAN CAN BE VEGAN!


There are times when I get so bored with eating. It doesn't matter what diet plan that I'm on, it just gets boring, especially when I have to think what to eat on my own. When I go to a restaurant at least I'm presented with a menu. 

Here's a way for me to get inspired enough to try something different even though I'm still eating vegan or plant-based. Sometimes it's just a matter of changing up the seasonings or adding a little extra ingredient that makes all the difference.

If you'd like to try some Mexican dishes but are afraid to do something complicated, then this ebook is the perfect solution.  The recipes are easy and, if you are already vegan, you have most of the ingredients in your cupboard or fridge.

I made the Chocolate Chia Pudding recipe and I had everything I needed.  It was easy to put together, refrigerate overnight and it was ready in the morning. Some of the recipes call for other ingredients that I wouldn't have on hand, like tortillas but they are readily available at the grocery store.

Take a chance and check the recipes out. You may be surprised when your palate says, "MMMMmm, good!"
