I have finally come into the 21st Century as far as kitchen knives go. My dull old steel knives have been replaced by the newest on the market...ceramic knives. Now, I still have to keep my steel carving knives because ceramic isn't made for deboning or chopping into frozen foods.

This ceramic knife by Suzaru is fine, it really is. The cutting edge of the knife slices quickly into my fresh tomato and green peppers. It's made for slicing and dicing your food so that you can quickly prepare meals.

It is hand wash or if you do put it in your dishwasher be sure to keep it separated and secure so that other utensils or dishware don't bounce against it causing breakage or chipping of the blade. It fits well in your hand and comfortable to use.

The blade is black ceramic and adds a professional look to your culinary skills. A protective sheath for storage is included along with a polishing cloth to remove water spots. It's a perfect addition to my kitchen utensils.

I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
