I love rain barrels, downspouts, and unique garden accents. It must be that they take me back to a time that seemed simpler and left us wondering. This unique rain chain brings those memories to life for me. This copper rain chain that looks like tea cups, it so beautiful. I love copper, especially when it gets an aged patina. It's very easy to install by removing your downspout and inserting the 'Y" shaped bracket into the hole of the gutter. We have been classified as being in a drought season, so we had to improvise by spraying water on the roof to come down to the gutter and then onto the rain chain. It's so pretty seeing the water spill off the cups and then run down the chain. The rain creates its own melody as it runs down to the bottom. This is a great time to install one to collect the rain water and nourish my flowers. There is a complimentary pdf file to download with information how to clean and preserve the copper. It's beautiful!
