LIQUID SUNSHINE!

Many of my Northeast USA friends and family are hearing from their doctors that they need to take a D3 supplement because of the sun-little winters that we have up here. My doctor emphatically recommended me to take the vitamin several years ago.

Because I only eat plant-based whole foods (nothing with a face or a mother), it's hard to find supplements without a fish oil base. So I was excited to try these liquid drops by Zoomavit. They are free from sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives and vegetarian friendly.  No artificial coloring or flavoring, either.

There isn't any taste and the liquid just disappears on my tongue for immediate dispersion into my body. When you are taking 2 or 3 drops (each drop is 400 IU), a 2 fl. oz. bottle will last a long time. They are also made in the USA!
