I love coconut oil. It is a staple in my cupboard and bathroom.
Coconut Oil has so many uses. I brush my teeth, hydrate my hair, baking, lip balm, etc. Not all coconut oil is the same. This company makes it 100% Organic and it has the USDA seal. It is NON-GMO, too. That is very important to me because I don't eat meat, dairy or processed foods and try to use healthier oils for cooking. Coconut oil is great for high-temp frying or cooking, unlike other oils.
The texture of oil is very smooth. I use it in place of butter...especially on raisin toast. YUM!
