A REAL CUT UP!

My husband has been after me to purchase new cutting knives because the ones I have been using are 15 years old!  I'm not usually interested in colored carving knives but they seem to be the rage so they sent me a purple one.

So when this became available for review, I jumped on the chance to try it out for slicing.

I am very pleased with this lightweight knife. As you can see from the pic, it sliced the tomato beautifully without squashing the fruit.  I also tried it on the red onion so that I can make a fresh salad of cucumbers, tomato, red onion and feta cheese. It cleans easily with soap and water.

I will certainly look for more of these sharp knives. I believe they are available in a bread knife and chef's knife. (The white speck on the blade is food and not a defect).

I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
