If you have ever suffered from plantar fasciitis, you know how much your body depends on your feet for walking, balance and general health. BRACE YOURSELF!

Around 10 years ago, I fractured a bone in my lower leg.  I had this huge cast that went from my knee down to my toes and wore it for ten weeks. I still have the cast. It holds my hair dryer!  Anyway, I would have loved to have this ankle brace by LIOMOR. This ankle brace is fully adjustable by the velcro style straps and wow, are they secure. This will be great support for my weak ankle when I am on the treadmill.  The entire brace is cushioned for great comfort, too. It allows my foot to breathe and has the hole for my heel. Very good quality materials used.
