SHEAR CUTTING!

Now, these are not your normal kitchen shears. I have a pair of those that I use for everything...and they look like they've been used for everything. They are rusted, pitted and abused.

Here is a pair of Gelindo Kitchen shears that are made of heavy duty stainless steel. They won't rust! They are substantial and ready for any type of cutting that you may need. When they are closed, they kind of feel like a knife in your hand. But, when they are open they are spring-loaded. I think I would have liked a little bit of a grip on the handles. When I open them up to use them, my hand wants to slide up the handles towards the blades, unless I keep my pinkie finger back by locking clasp.  One of the blades has a serrated edge for gripping the slimier meats you may want to cut up. I had no problem cutting a frozen candy bar in half!

I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
