This is the coolest charging stand that I have seen yet. It is made of gray metal to blend with any decor. The bottom plate is heavy duty and the two upright pieces attach with hex head screws. The back plate is adjustable for the thickness of your phone. Be sure to put the charging cord under the base plate, up through the smaller upright piece and then secure the piece to the stand. Then you can push the cord into the underside of the plate and out the back.
When you attach the back piece, slide your phone onto the charging dock and then adjust the back piece.
One thing is that the screws don't tighten up as well as I would like because it wiggles when my phone is sitting on the dock. I'm sure if I'm not careful where to place it, my cats will rub against it and then my phone will tip a bit.
The other end of the charging cord plugs into your computer or an usb charging adapter. Then I will be able to stream music or watch a video without losing battery power and be able to view the video without propping it against another object or holding onto it.
