SWADDLE UP!

I'm always looking for unique gifts for new moms. There are so many items needed for a nursery that it's sometimes hard to decide what to get for the baby.

I received these baby muslin swaddle blankets the other day and think they are so nice. When I had my children all we had were flannel receiving blankets. They were nice and soft but so warm for the summer months that we had to make do with sheets to cover the babies.

These muslin swaddle blankets are ideal because they breathe. A baby will feel warm and snuggly when wrapped up and cooler in the summer with the lightweight weave of the fabric.

They can be used as a crib sheet, a play mat, a nursing cover, a sunshade over the carriage or just as a blanket on the grass.
