I am fairly new to essential oils. I have a starter pack but wanted a diffuser to effectively use oils for their healing properties.
This product came in a professionally sealed box with everything that I needed.
It is ultrasonic and I especially love the LED lighting even though at night in my bedroom I just have the mist on so I can sleep in the dark.
The directions for usage are clearly written on the box and a booklet is enclosed for multiple languages. A handy measuring cup in ml's is an additional bonus!
I have pics of just a few of the multiple colors. Great accent hues for any room.

SHINE ON!
I have quite a few items that have tarnished with age and one of them is my grandmother's ring.
I received these polishing cloths and decided to see how they work, as the seller says, with or without polish.
The cloth shined my ring up as nice as if I had taken it to the jewelers, even though it couldn't clean the crevices of the stone settings.
As soon as I can remember where my silver tea service is stashed, I will see how well they work on that.
I really hate the mess of polishing and these cloths made simple a work of work. The cloths are adequate size and came in an assortment of colors.

HOW ABOUT A LIFT?
I am new to essential oils. I have used a lot of them for my own purposes in their original bottles but now I have bottles that are empty and thought about refilling them with my own blends.
The only trouble is, I couldn't get the insert off without damage. I needed a popper topper!
Then, I found this neat product tool to remove the insert from the bottle in an easy way. This neat little item comes in a pack of 10, made by Aroma.
Very simple to use, easy to store with my oils and can be added to a key chain if you want one with you.
Very reasonably priced and can be purchased from Amazon by following this link: EURO DROPPER

CHALK IT UP!
This is a really cool product.
I used it on the 8 pack of chalkboard labels that come with the markers and I had some larger ones from a project at church.
This would be great for holidays to write messages on your mirrors or windows. They are non-toxic, dust free and water-based for easy cleanup.

#TouchOfClassReviewsA REAL CUT UP!
So when this became available for review, I jumped on the chance to try it out for slicing.
I am very pleased with this lightweight knife. As you can see from the pic, it sliced the tomato beautifully without squashing the fruit. I also tried it on the red onion so that I can make a fresh salad of cucumbers, tomato, red onion and feta cheese. It cleans easily with soap and water.
I will certainly look for more of these sharp knives. I believe they are available in a bread knife and chef's knife. (The white speck on the blade is food and not a defect).

REFLECTIONS ON YOURSELF!
This vest with the reflective armbands combo is just the ticket. It is just the right weight for spring, summer and fall or if you get a size larger, you can wear it over a jacket without added bulk.
The large was the right size for my husband (size 42 coat) over his shirt but he would prefer an XL over a jacket. But it is adjustable around the waist with the Velcro tabs for a better fit.

STYLIN' AS I'M JOGGIN!
Just have to tell you that this product is perfect for my jogging. It has a running belt for me to store my car keys while I’m at the park, two wristbands to add some color and style, which also wicks the sweat, and an armband to keep my IPHONE instead of in my hand. This way I can have my hands free but I’m still in touch with my world!
Lightweight and easily stored in my car or bag. Because of the black color, it accessorizes my running clothes, too!. There’s just a touch of safety red on the wristbands.

KEEP IT DRY AS A BONE - WATERPROOF BAG AND TOWEL BY ASCENT
This item is truly a great waterproof accessory for jogging, hiking, fishing, camping, biking and other outdoor activities when you might need to keep an item dry from the weather. The bag could easily hold an extra windbreaker, hat, and gloves.
The bag comes with a microfiber towel that is ideal for wiping and quick drying. The top folds over for a tight seal but not hard to release. I like the adjustable single strap for carrying, too.
I am using the product to keep moisture out of my electronics while I am out in the weather.

MORE THAN JUST BRUSHES!
This set of brushes is the most diverse that I've ever purchased. The travel case is lovely and easily folds to contain the brushes in their proper place. I really like the special applicators that I didn't find in a set for this price. I recommend washing the brushes to remove any assembly oils or chemicals before using on faces. Great gift for teenagers! As an artist, I may use them for special effects on my paintings, too.
TOTALLY TOTE!
I receive this product at a discount in return for my honest and unbiased review.
I’m so glad that I waited to purchase a tote for my everyday items that I bring to work. This tote came is so many colors and styles that it was hard to choose my favorite! The roominess is one of the reasons that I like it so much as you can tell from the pictures. I like the texture of the bag and feel that if I was going to the beach it would be perfect to keep the sand out of the material. It has a zippered pocket and two accessory places for phone and/or sunglasses. It’s my ‘go to’ bag for this season.

Most of the time, I don’t have the right eye shadow to match my mood or my outfit. Then I saw this product and discovered a plethora of color and combinations at a reasonable cost! HALO LED SAFETY ARMBAND
HALO has designed an LED SAFETY ARMBAND for visibility situations. It is reflective when it is off and has three options for flashing LED lighting...steady on, single flash and multiple flashes.
It is a slap band for easy off/on.
This armband is ideal for runners who are out in the early dawn or evening.
If you are camping and need to keep track of each other, you can ‘arm’ your family and still enjoy the night stars without compromising your night vision.
It is also great for cycling, sports and even pets. Just slap it on your wrist like a bracelet or around a small dog or cat’s neck when they are outside in the dark.
Wear it while you are traveling on your motorcycle at night or maybe you would like it if you are a flagger on a highway.
The item is lightweight and not restricting in any way.
It comes with CR2016 lithium batteries and is reasonably priced.
I received this product for little or no money to give my honest and unbiased review.

Update
Things have changed. Circumstances are different. People move. The day passes. Nights are quiet.
Writing used to be a passion...when I was passionate about writing.
Then I got bored and just posted for posting. Books I've never read but was willing to promote.
The only book that has kept my interest for 40 years is the Bible. It's always fresh, new, relevant and comforting.
You should write about your passions. Reading is so much more enjoyable when you know that the writer has a burning yearning to put on white space the words from their heart.
I won't be reviewing books anymore. I will be sharing my thoughts.
By the way, have you checked out my other blogs?
The Cellar Yellers This is where I post about our three-piece band. Good fun and a break from the world.
Participation in the Divine Nature My newest passion...creative designs for Sunday School and church decoration.
It's time to share what the Spirit has put upon my heart.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Cordelia Grace watched Bernard Howard, the love of her young life, go off to fight for our country in WWII. And she has spent the last three years creating the Pine Cone quilt that will grace their marriage bed when he comes home. Each row of triangles signifies a layer in her life, sets of memories, hopes, dreams, and prayers for her future, enough spoken words to cover them forever. Her image of their “happy-ever-after” grows proportionally as the quilt expands.
But is the man that returns from the war, the same man that she remembered? Are the dark shades of color that she had to use for the outside edges of the beloved quilt prophetic of her life to come? Can love and faith overcome all?

Lock, Stock and Over a Barrel by Melody Carlson

This week, the
Christian Fiction Blog Alliance
is introducing
Lock, Stock and Over a Barrel
B&H Publishing Group (April 30, 2013)
by
Melody Carlson
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Over the years, Melody Carlson has worn many hats, from pre-school teacher to youth counselor to political activist to senior editor. But most of all, she loves to write! Currently she freelances from her home. In the past eight years, she has published over ninety books for children, teens, and adults--with sales totaling more than two million and many titles appearing on the ECPA Bestsellers List. Several of her books have been finalists for, and winners of, various writing awards.
She has two grown sons and lives in Central Oregon with her husband and chocolate lab retriever. They enjoy skiing, hiking, gardening, camping and biking in the beautiful Cascade Mountains.
ABOUT THE BOOK

With high hopes, Dorothy Ballinger lands her dream job at The New York Times. But it's not long until writing about weddings becomes a painful reminder of her own failed romance, and her love of the city slowly sours as well. Is it time to give up the Big Apple for her small hometown of Appleton?
When her eccentric Aunt Dot passes away and leaves a sizeable estate to Dorothy, going back home is an easy choice. What isn’t easy is coming to terms with the downright odd clauses written into the will.
Dorothy only stands to inherit the estate if she agrees to her aunt's very specific posthumous terms -- personal and professional. And if she fails to comply, the sprawling old Victorian house shall be bequeathed to . . . Aunt Dot’s cats.
And if Dorothy thinks that’s odd, wait until she finds out an array of secrets about Aunt Dot's life, and how imperfect circumstances can sometimes lead to God's perfect timing.

Fear Has a Name by Creston Mapes

This week, the
Christian Fiction Blog Alliance
is introducing
Fear Has a Name
David C. Cook (June 1, 2013)
by
Creston Mapes
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Creston has fond memories of his boyhood in Bath, Ohio, where he became enchanted with his future wife, way back in the fourth grade. His father, Bernie, owned and operated The Weathervane Furniture Shop in town. The whole family lived right upstairs in the century-old house known as "The Shop."
Creston studied journalism at Bowling Green State University, then began his writing career. During the past 30 years, he has worked as a reporter, corporate copywriter, creative director, freelance writer, and author.
ABOUT THE BOOK

From popular suspense author Creston Mapes comes another faith-building thriller, a tale that follows journalist Jack Crittendon as he fights to protect his family from a stalker's terrifying schemes, investigates a pastor's mysterious disappearance, and struggles to keep his faith amidst unthinkable fear.
With his family's safety on the line, Crittendon realizes there are secrets behind "Christian" walls--secrets with painful, deadly implications. He must find the faith to trust a God who allows inconceivable trials, and the courage to guard his family, with danger exploding at every turn.
Through it all--the sharp, character-driven writing for which Mapes is known--takes fans and new readers on an edge-of-your-seat journey that explores the harsh, far-reaching consequences of bullying and the Christian response to fear.

An Open Heart by Harry Kraus

This week, the
Christian Fiction Blog Alliance
is introducing
An Open Heart
David C. Cook (June 1, 2013)
by
Harry Kraus
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

A Word from Harry:
I started writing my first novel during my last year of surgery training at UK. I was a chief resident, and started writing Stainless Steal Hearts in a call room at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Lexington. It was a crazy time to write! I had a very demanding schedule, often spending days and nights in the hospital. I had two sons at that time, and I recognized the wisdom in my wife's urging: "Now doesn't seem the right time for this dream."
My experience as a writer is far from typical. Having received my formal training in biology and chemistry and medicine, my only preparation for a writing career was a love for reading. The longest thing I'd written before my first novel was a term paper in undergraduate school. My first novel was accepted by Crossway Books and published in 1994, and it wasn't until after I had FOUR published novels that I even opened a book of instruction about the craft of writing fiction. This is not what I recommend to others! Yes, I was successful, but I was bending the "rules" without knowing it. I had a natural talent for plotting, but I realize my initial success may have stunted my growth as a writer. I'd have made faster progress if I'd have gone to the fiction teachers sooner.
I have three sons: Joel, Evan, and Samuel. Look closely in all of my books and you'll see them there. My lovely wife, Kris, provides the basic composition for all those beautiful, athletic, dedicated women in my novels.
ABOUT THE BOOK

Their Messages—From Beyond the Grave—Might Destroy Him ...
They hover between life and death, their hearts stopped on the surgery table. And the messages Dr. Jace Rawlings’ open-heart surgery patients bring back from beyond the grave cannot be ignored. For they predict the deaths of people around him, and point a finger of suspicion straight at him.
It thrusts Jace into a firestorm of controversy and danger. A maeltsrom blown by the darker winds of political intrigue and spiritual warfare. And the forces working against him will do anything to stop him from uncovering a truth they will kill to hide. He’d come to Kenya to establish a heart-surgery program for the poor. But what he will find in that place where he grew up will put everything at risk–his marriage, his career . . . his life.
